MEET ENTRY FORM DIRECTIONS

NEW ENTRY FORM!!!!! ENTRY DEADLINE, SATURDAY, MAY 3RD for our Pilot May Meet.
We are moving fast and finally ready to take team entries.  Swim ant Tri our team supplier has worked with the coaching staff to make our new entry form.  The form is very similar to our old entry form.  There will be changes made as our process is new and still being worked on.  Our home meet is filling quickly so please get your entries in by the deadline.

Directions for the form:
Fill out the meet entry form below and submit by the meet entry deadline. (May 3rd)
To keep a record and submit your entries, press the SAVE button. You will receive an email confirmation.
Entry fees for this meet will be reflected on your escrow account.

Swimmers may pick their preference up to
A swimmer may enter and swim no more than three individual events per day and no more than seven individual events in the entire meet.
*****Coaches will check events and make changes if needed.  Entries will be posted here on our web on May 3rd, late evening.  You have until May 5th to make any changes or adjustments.  Please try to swim all days you have available events.
