Thursday-5:00pm (this will be a good loosen up after traveling and being out
of the water on Thursday)

I-40 West to Nashville, take the
Broadway exit (209 A), make left on Broadway, go to West End split, veer
to right to 25th Avenue (at the corner of the Eckerd Drug
Store), make a right, then go to the Centennial Sportsplex, make a right
into the main parking area. There will be a sign in front of the
sportsplex that you will see, Thomas R. Frist Centennial Sportsplex. Go
into building and swimming pool is to the right.
