Volunteer Sign Up Form
Please Read Instructions Carefully
––––IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ ALL
INFORMATION CAREFULLY!––––
1. SESSION REQUIREMENT – Each family must sign up to work a minimum of THREE job
sessions and bring ONE hospitality –OR– TWO concession food items.
2. In order to watch your child be sure you are working at the correct end of
the pool. SIGN UP EARLY!
3. Once the form is completed, you will be asked to resubmit. DO NOT MISS THIS
STEP. Each volunteer within a family must submit a form.
4. Job Session times are NOT exact. For example, a job session begins at the
beginning of the morning session and ends at the end of the morning session.
5. Hospitality Food item times are more exact and should be brought to the
Hospitality Room (2nd floor) at the time indicated.
6. Timers must check in 30 minutes prior to the start of the session. Check your
HEAT SHEET for a more precise time.
7. Timers must report to the Timer’s Meeting then go IMMEDIATELY to your lane.
If not, you will cause a delay in the starting of the meet.
