From I-40 take exit 376-A (Pellissippi Parkway, TN 162). TN 162 ends at the merger with Rt. 62, Oak Ridge Highway. Continue north, crossing over the Clinch River/Melton Hill Lake Bridge (Solway Bridge) and passing Oak Ridge Memorial Park (on the right).
Continue toward Oak Ridge (take the left road; the right goes to Behtel Valley!).
Arriving to Oak Ridge stay on Rt. 62 (S. Illinois Ave) and follow the sign of AMSE.
At the 4th traffic light - Tulane Ave - turn right. You will pass AMSE on the right. At the next traffic light turn left onto Oak Ridge Turnpike. The Civic Center will be the first building on your left. .

From I -85, exit at Exit 51.
Turn North onto Hwy 29 (this is South College St.).
Cross University Dr., Donahue and Samford Avenue.
Turn left (or West) onto Roosevelt/Miller Drive (AU Alumni Center is on the right)
Cross Mell St., Duncan and Donahue.
The Coliseum is on the left. The Aquatic Center is beyond the Coliseum on the left.
Turn left into the parking just beyond the Coliseum.

From Nashville - Take I-65 South.  Get off at Exit 71 (Concord Rd) and turn left. Turn left a 2nd light (Heritage Way). Indoor Sports Complex is at the end of the drive on the right.
From Franklin - Take I-65 North.  Get off at Exit 71 (Concord Rd) and turn left at the end of the ramp. Turn left at 1st light (Heritage Way). Indoor Sports Complex is at the end of the drive on the right.

Bristol, VA-Virginia High School
I-40 East to I-81 North past Morristown, to Exit 3 in Virginia (I-81), You will get off at exit 3, which is a right exit ramp. Go through the first signal light, then you will need to get in the left hand lane. Take a left turn on Glenway. (On the corner at the turn is a Chevron Gas Station). Go over the hill to the stop sign. Go straight thru (once you go thru the light there is a small road the bears off to the right DO NOT BEAR RIGHT UP THE HILL) and follow the road til you get to Virginia High on the Left, about 1 mile. The pool parking lot is the first parking lot you come to. You will see the large pool windows. MAP

Cincinnati, OH-Keating Natatorium
Directions:  From 75 South (Exit 9): Turn Slight Right off of Highway onto Paddock Road.  Turn Left on W. North Bend Road.  Follow North Bend Road to St. Xavier High School (pool is located in back).  From 75 North (Exit 9): Turn Left off of Highway onto Paddock Road.  Turn Left on W. North Bend Road.  Follow North Bend Road to St. Xavier High School (pool is located in back).  Ronald Reagan Highway:  Go South on Winton Road.  Turn Left on North Bend Road.  Take a slight left to stay on North Bend Road.  Turn Left into St. Xavier High School, pool is located in the back.

Chattanooga, TN-Baylor School
From I-75 take I-24 West, or from I-59 take I-24 East
Take exit 178 (U.S. 27 North)
After crossing the Tennessee River, take the 5th exit, (U.S. 127, Signal Mountain) Proceed under the overpass, moving to the left turn lane after the second traffic light. The entrance to the campus is located on the left at the third traffic light, directly across from Harry's Citgo convenience store.

Chattanooga, TN-McCallie's Campus, :
From Downtown Chattanooga:
Take M.L. King Blvd. east; at Central Avenue, M.L. King Blvd. becomes Bailey Avenue; continue straight on Bailey to Dodds Avenue; campus entrance is straight through the intersection of Dodds and Bailey.
From Atlanta, Knoxville, or the Chattanooga airport:
Take I-75 to I-24 and exit at Belvoir Ave./Germantown Road; the exit will put you on North Terrace Ave. parallel to the interstate; go 0.8 miles to Germantown Road; turn right on Germantown Road; go 0.7 miles to Brainerd Road; turn left on Brainerd Road; go 1.0 miles, through Missionary Ridge Tunnel; immediately after passing through the tunnel, take the first off-ramp to the right (marked Highway 17), before the overpass; at the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto Dodds Ave.; campus entrance is 1 block on the left.
From Nashville or Birmingham:
Follow I-24 to the 4th Ave. exit; turn left onto 4th Ave.; go 1 block to 23rd Street; turn right onto 23rd Street; go 0.4 miles to Dodds Avenue; turn left onto Dodds Ave.; go 1.0 miles; campus entrance is on the right.

Chattanooga, TN-Warner Park Outdoor Pool
I-75 South to Chattanooga/Atlanta, then take the East Brainerd Road (320 West) exit. Take the exit and make a left at the stop sign, then make a right at the light, which is East Brainerd Road. Stay on E. Brainerd until it ties in with Lee Hwy (11S/64W), make a left at the light, stay in the middle lane through the tunnel. Stay on E. Brainerd until you see Warner Park sign, on right. Make a right at the park, then veer to the left following the road to the parking for the outdoor pool. To exit coming out of Warner Park, go directly across the road, E. Brainerd, you will be on Natural Avenue, go on road to Bailey Avenue. Make a left (One Way left only) at stop sign, which is Bailey Avenue. Stay in the left lane on Bailey to the signs that will direct you to go to Brainerd Road (11N/64E), veer left on Brainerd to Lee Hwy, make left, and then veer right to Brainerd Road to the I-75 intersection to Knoxville.

Chattanooga, TN-"GPS"Girls Preparatory School
From Knoxville:
Take I - 75 South to Chattanooga. Take I - 24 West, then Hwy 27 to downtown Chattanooga. Take 4th Street Exit. At the sixth traffic light turn left onto Georgia Avenue and cross the Veterans Bridge. Take the first right after the bridge onto Island Avenue. Stay on Island Avenue until you see the visitor parking area.

Dalton, GA-Dalton High School
DIRECTIONS TO DALTON HIGH SCHOOL
Is located at 1500 Manly Street. Directions from I-75 are as follows:
Exit I-75 at the Rocky Face exit (#336).
If arriving from the south (traveling I-75N), turn right at end of exit ramp on to U.S. Highway 41S.
If arriving from the north (traveling I-75S), turn right at the end of exit ramp on to U.S. Highway 41 S.
At first traffic light turn right on to Shugart Rd.
Travel to the next traffic light and turn left on to Waugh St./MLK Blvd.
Continue on Waugh St. to the first caution light.
Turn right on to Manly St.
The school is located on the left of Manly St.
Turn in the east parking lot. Please enter the building through the side entrance.
The pool can be reached through the locker rooms.

Make a left then go to past John Dennis Hwy and Eastman Road to Civic Center on right.  Legion outdoor pool is located on right off Ft. Henry Drive.

From the South
Exit I-75 North at Exit 104.
Turn left toward Lexington. (This eventually becomes Richmond Rd)
Turn left onto Man O’ War.
Turn right at 2nd traffic light onto Alumni.
You will pass Commonwealth Stadium on your right.
At the first stop sign turn right onto University Drive.
Proceed straight and go through the traffic light at Cooper Drive.
Turn right at Complex Drive (first street past Cooper)

From I75 take exit 269 Barrett Parkway (Town Center Mall). Go East for 6.2 miles (Road changes to Piedmont Rd after you cross Bells Ferry Rd). Turn left at the light on to Sandy Plains Rd (Between a Conocco station on left and Sprayberry High School on right). Go 2.1 miles to Gordy Parkway. Turn left at the light. Mtn View Aquatic Center is the first right.

From North of MVAC (I575 and Hwy 92): Go EAST from I575 on HWY 92. Take a RIGHT (South) on Canton Hwy (Burger King on left corner) and go 1.9 miles to Shallowford Road (2nd Light). Take a LEFT (East) and go 3.5 miles to 5th light, then take a RIGHT on to Gordy Parkway. The MVAC is 0.3 miles on your LEFT.

I-40 West to Nashville, take the Broadway exit (209 A), make left on Broadway, go to West End split, veer to right to 25th Avenue (at the corner of the Eckerd Drug Store), make a right, then go to the Centennial Sportsplex, make a right into the main parking area. There will be a sign in front of the sportsplex that you will see, Thomas R. Frist Centennial Sportsplex. Go into building and swimming pool is to the right.

Directions to the Facility
From Interstate 20/59 take Exit 73 on Highway 82 East (McFarland Boulevard). Continue on to the University Blvd. exit and turn right on to University Blvd. Continue on University Blvd. and immediately get in the left lane on to Paul W. Bryant Drive. Go past DCH Hospital on the left and into the University of Alabama campus. The Alabama Aquatic Center is located on the left at the intersection of Bryant Drive and Hackberry Street directly across the street from Regions Bank.
