Warm-up: 4:45 PM
Competition: 5:45 PM

November 12-13, 2011
12 and under Session:
Warm-up: 7:00 AM
Competition: 8:00 AM

13 and Over Session:
Warm-up: 12:00PM (not before)
Competition: 1:00 PM (not before)

In all N lots C10-Tennis courts lot on Volunteer Agriculteral campus after 4 on Fri and Full days Saturday and Sunday

A few pointers for the first meet...

*Each family is required to work 3 sessions
(if you are missing work requirements it's $50 per session)

HOSPITALITY REQUIREMENTS....

*Everyone is to bring a 24 case of water bottles to the Allan Jones on Thurs., Nov. 10th.

(Please label with swimmer's name and drop by garage doors)

*Sign-up for 1 hospitality item (pay attention to time to drop off time and day--if it's not convenient for you to do....choose a different one)
