This is a good meet for 10 Unders. However, if you plan to stay in town and attend this meet please discuss with your coach. Several coaches will be on the team trip in Auburn. We will also be going to ACAC in December (12 & Unders) and February.

Psych Sheet


  • Bring warm clothing, extra towels, parkas, etc.  The gym, where the team sits, tends to be on the cold side.  The indoor pool area is very hot and humid. 

  • Parents can bring fold out chairs for the gym and coolers for food and drink.

  • Please bring extra goggles etc.  Swim and Tri will not be at this meet so you cannot use your gift cards at this venue.

  • 8 unders will have a bull pen on deck.  Please send your 8 and unders early to report to the pen.

  • Relays are Sat/Sun.  They are also the first event.  Please be on time for warm-ups or your swimmer may not be allowed to be on relay.  Relay cards are turned into officials at the start of warm-ups.  Be ready to swim at the time warm-up starts.

  • Coaches will have caps at the meet if your swimmer needs one.  We are wearing yellow caps at this meet.
    New swimmers who have not gotten their new team shirt will be given their new t-shirts at the meet.

Warm-ups for Pilot-Times to be announced, format below

  • Friday Afternoon: If you are swimming the 200 IM or 500 Freestyle, please be at the pool by 4:15 to get settled. Warm ups will be from 4:30-5:10. Meet will start at 6:00pm.

  • Saturday Morning: ALL 10 & Unders and 11-12 boys need to at the pool at 7:15am. Warm ups will be from 7:25-8:05 am. Meet will start at 8:15
  • Saturday Afternoon: 11-12 girls and 13 & overs need to be at the pool at 10:45. Warm ups will be from 11:00 - 11:40am. Meet will start at 12:30pm
  • Sunday Morning: ALL 10 & Unders and 11-12 boys need to at the pool at 7:15am. Warm ups will be from 7:25-8:05 am. Meet will start at 8:15.
  • Sunday Afternoon: 11-12 girls and 13 & overs need to be at the pool by 11:30. Warm ups will be from 11:40-12:20. Meet will start at 12:30.

    Jamie Tannhauser, Joesph Clay, and Ben Whiteside will be covering this meet.  Senior preps please see these coaches before and after you swim.

 


Directions to:  Atomic City Aquatic Club(ACAC), Oak Ridge, TN
From I-40/I-75 (Knoxville):
From I-40 take exit 376-A (Pellissippi Parkway, TN 162). TN 162 ends at the merger with Rt. 62, Oak Ridge Highway. Continue north, crossing over the Clinch River/Melton Hill Lake Bridge (Solway Bridge) and passing Oak Ridge Memorial Park (on the right).
Continue toward Oak Ridge (take the left road; the right goes to Behtel Valley!).
Arriving to Oak Ridge stay on Rt. 62 (S. Illinois Ave) and follow the sign of AMSE.
At the 4th traffic light - Tulane Ave - turn right. You will pass AMSE on the right. At the next traffic light turn left onto Oak Ridge Turnpike. The Civic Center will be the first building on your left. .
