Before you enter make sure your team is a member of TISCA, list of members below

ENTRY DEADLINE:
Email Team Manager entry file to swimmeets@comcast.net by Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 6:00 pm EST.  Email confirmation will be sent when entry is received.  Please do not email requesting entry status, confirmation will be sent. The team must submit the Hy-Tek Team Manager Meet Entry Report, the Hy-Tek Meet Entry Fee Summary, Hy-Tek Team Report, signed waiver and entry fee check payable to Pilot Aquatic Club, postmarked by the entry deadline of February 3, 2009.  Please ensure that your contact information is included and is accurate.  Coaches must give a cell phone contact #.

Signature requirement must be waived for all USPS, Fed-EX and UPS deliveries.

ADMISSIONS:   
Teams are allowed one complimentary coach/chaperone admission ticket for every six
competitors entered.  Spectator tickets, $5 per session, may be purchased at AJIAC
ticket window Thursday February 12th from 5:30 – 7:30 pm and Friday February 13th from
6:30 am.  Finals tickets may be purchased each evening beginning at 4:00 pm.  Heat
sheets and championship meet t-shirts will also be available at the AJIAC ticket window.

BANNERS:
The AJIAC FACILITY STAFF will hang all banners in order received.  Teams must turn banners in at team registration.  Zip ties will be used to hang banners.  Teams are responsible for picking up banners from the facility staff at the end of the meet.

PARKING & BUSES:
Parking will be available at the Metron Corporation Lot, 2309 Kingston Pike & Metron Center Way.  This lot is located at the light at 2309 Kingston Pike, east of Volunteer Blvd.  Parking passes will be available for $5 per day (unlimited ins & outs) or $10 for two-day passes.  Shuttle buses from the Metron center will run all day.  All RV’s must park at the Metron Center lot.  Buses may drop swimmers on UT Drive at the athlete entrance.  Reserved parking for buses is available on Volunteer Dr. adjacent to pool (west side).

TISCA Web Site

TISCA 2009 General Membership Meeting will be on Thursday, February 12, 2009, 7:30 PM at the UT Student Aquatic Center, 2106 Andy Holt Ave. (old pool), upper level lobby.  Light dinner & refreshments will be served.

ELIGIBILITY:
This Championship meet is open to current TISCA member teams in good standing (swimmers and divers in grades 9 through 12) and teams consisting of “Home School” athletes (grades 9 through 12), if meeting the requirements of Article VII and accepted by TISCA.  Failure to have renewed will result in no voting privileges being granted, nor
State Championships entries being accepted unless dues are current. Any outstanding dues must be paid by the February 3, 2009.  Non-TISCA member schools wishing to participate may submit an application for review by the TISCA Executive Committee prior to February 3, 2009.  The current “season” is defined as September 1, 2008 ending February 3, 2009.  Questions: Laura Pitman 423-267-8505, ext. 267, laura_pitman@baylorschool.org
