MEET WORK REQUIREMENTS

The final work positions are posted on the internet. Please check your work sessions for the upcoming weekend. If you feel that there is a mistake in you jobs please let us know peggythomas4@mac.com  (highly likely mistakes were made) However, at this time please do not ask for a change based on convenience. We prioritized the positioning of the people that had already signed up for this meet.

-If you did not sign up, and did not contact me, then you may choose from the jobs that are posted on
the sign up sheet at this time.

- If you did not sign up, and contacted me , but I did not sign you up, that means that there were
no sessions available at the time your child is swimming, Again, please look to see if
you can fill the remaining positions. If you cannot, you may make up your sessions in the two
remaining meets listed below

- If you are signed up for more the two session that means that I did not decrease the shifts you
signed up for because you had sessions to make up from the previous meets

Please check your e-mails or the Pilot web site for any time adjustments for the work sessions that may be made

Note Two upcoming meets that you can make up your sessions are:

Volunteer Sr Invite--June-11-13
Sectionals    July 16-19     Work requirement for each family is two session whether your child is swimming or not
(Refer to work contract signed with your child's registration)
(If you will be on vacation for that meet you must work the Volunteer Sr Invite)
Please let me know ahead of time if this is the case

Please look on the Pilot web site for details about these meets

Thanks,
Peggy Thomas and Cindy Rasnick
